Thomas entered the property industry in 2009 at the age of 18 and was mentored by his father, who still owns the family estate agency in Fremantle. After several years as a sales representative, sales manger and all roles in between, Thomas relocated to Sydney and worked in the inner East for a period of time with LJ Hooker Newtown before returning to Perth and opening up an agency in North Perth.

Following this endeavour Thomas went on to obtain a law degree and work for some of Perths top barristers before accepting a legal based contract role at Hancock Prospecting. This allowed him to transact in billion dollar mining projects managing multiple high value Contracts. In turn this allowed him to develop a vast and intimate knowledge and understanding of not only high stakes negotiation but enhanced his knowledge of contract law. A skill set Thomas brings daily when assisting and advising his clients. It wasn’t long before the urge to return to the career he loved became more prevalent. As such, Saint Property was founded by himself and his two business partners and he is loving every minute of it.

Thomas’ desire to achieve the best outcome for his clients is unrivalled. He goes above and beyond and has never transacted for anybody that has not re-engaged him or referred him. To him, that is the ultimate compliment and the best form of a strong long lasting business relationship.

As licensee and managing director of Saint Property Thomas brings a high level of knowledge in all facets of property and ensures that not only himself but the team executes every dealing with the highest level of integrity, something that should go without saying but in many instances other parts of the industry fail. Chris Littler brings a wealth of real estate experience in both Melbourne and Sydney to his role as a Buyer Advocate.
