With nine years combined experience in the Perth and Sydney property markets, both as a sales representative, sales manager, director and managing partner, Thomas brings not only a strong property background to his role as managing director of Saint Property but also a wealth of knowledge in law, project management and quantity surveying having qualifications in all of these areas. This extensive commercial skillset sets Thomas apart from the rest.
In addition to Thomas’ property experience Thomas has also held roles in the commercial project area within Australia’s largest privately owned company, Roy Hill Holdings and its parent company, Hancock Prospecting whereby he was directly involved in the successful delivery of several high value projects, managing complex contracts in the Pilbara whilst continuing to also further his knowledge in the property industry.
Given the nature and uniqueness of Thomas' skillsets he brings an unrivalled level of property, project management and legal experience in his role as managing director and licensee of Saint Property Pty Ltd.

Growing up in South Perth, Chris brings a wealth of real estate experience of both Melbourne and Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs to his role as a Buyer Advocate in Perth. However, this experience in the property world is enhanced by an impressive breadth of experience across several industries, from broadcast media to small business owner & operator, where exceptional customer service and an in-depth understanding of people’s changing perceptions has been the foundation of his success. Chris’ desire to assist people from a variety of backgrounds to make the most of their property purchases stems from his own experience buying his first property.
As Chris will tell you, he learned quite a few lessons about purchasing real estate world “the hard way”, recognising the importance of objective advice from an experienced source. When he realised that so many of his friends had been through similar experiences, he made the decision to do something about this situation, and a committed Buyers Advocate was born.
One of the aspects about the role that Chris enjoys the most is the opportunity to work with buyers with a wide variety of backgrounds and experience levels. From first home buyers and young families to investors with an extensive property portfolios.
