Inspect and Negotiate Only

This service is designed for buyers who have already identified a property and want expert representation through due diligence and private negotiation.

Auction Bid

This service is ideal for buyers who are committed to purchasing a specific property at auction and want professional representation on auction day.

 
After you have identified the property and confirmed your intent to bid, we will help you determine a clear maximum bidding limit. We then represent you at the auction, executing a strategic bidding approach designed to maximise your chances of success while protecting you from overpaying in a high-pressure environment.
 
Our fee is payable regardless of the auction outcome. If you are unsuccessful at auction and choose to engage us for our Full Service offering, the Auction Bid fee will be deducted from the total cost of the upgraded service.
