He has held senior in-house creative and brand leadership roles at some of Australia’s most recognised organisations, including HBF Health, Deloitte, Perth Racing, and Austmine, working across complex, multi-brand environments with high commercial and reputational stakes. This experience has given Philip a deep understanding of brand governance, stakeholder alignment, and the importance of consistency at scale.
